Throughout the page, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PehlaGear and its Store.

Shipping Policy
We proudly ship Pan India and offer local pick-up from our local warehouse in Bangalore on select weekends (information available on our Instagram Page). All orders are shipped via third-party courier services, with the courier selected by us for reliability and efficiency. Shipping is free for orders above ₹749. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee applies. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, and any potential delays are dependent on the courier service.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are only accepted for products damaged during transit, and you must provide an unboxing video as proof. The video must clearly show the damage. Returns must be requested within one week of receiving your product. Once approved, a refund will be issued. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons.
Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Any personal information collected (such as email addresses) will only be used to send you updates, promotional emails, and newsletters about our latest products and offers. We do not use cookies or trackers on our website, so your browsing experience remains private.
Payment Policy
We use Razorpay as our payment partner, which means you can securely pay using any of the payment methods supported by Razorpay, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and mobile wallets.
Customization Policy
Customization options vary by product and will be clearly mentioned on the respective product pages. Please note that customized products may take longer to process and ship, depending on the complexity of the design.
Once an order is placed, no changes can be made unless the order has not yet been processed. To request a change, please email us immediately after placing the order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has entered production.
If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may choose not to access the page or use the Service. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our page.
